I found myself in the epicenter of the festivity preparation – lists of guests invited, organizational ado of the grandiose event...”- nostalgically smiles Edita recalling of her first days in the company. Soon after that, she was entrusted with a VIP Projects Director position. Old-timers of the company remember another role specialization of Edita – she was director and coordinator of “Relax” events. “I am familiar with the stage – since I was 5, I was a dancer in “Žiogelys” (a prestigious Klaipeda dance group for children), “Gracija”, five years and a half I was dancing in a dancing team of Klaipeda University (currently known as “Žalgiris” cheerleading squad). Organization of events was an absolutely new, yet a very captivating area of activity,”- says Edita. In January 2007, when the Customer Service Department was formed, Edita became a head of this department. 13 thousand clients is the “Nesė Pramogų bankas” harvest conditioned by Edita’s efforts as well. Loyalty webpage, meetings of “The Bosses Guild”, “Nesė Kids” are just a few major projects existing or created owing to Edita. Employees of Edita’s Department are unique – all of them are girls, both courteous and beautiful. “I always get to hear the compliments the girls receive both from colleagues and clients – which is pleasant. We are the entertainment bank, a source of positive emotions which repay a thousandfold when we see radiant faces of clients.” According to Edita, success attends those who know what they want: “It is crucial to properly psych yourself for work – to understand what you seek for and to realize yourself.
