YOUNG COMPANY / The “Nesė Group” is a company of young employees. The average age of its personnel amounts to 32 years of age. The majority of company employees fall within the age groups of 20-25 years of age (48%) and 26-30 years of age (25%). They evaluate their work in the company as engaging and inspiring, providing numerous possibilities for improvement. In its turn, the company values young specialists in different field who share our values - responsibility, professionalism, respect to client.
CAREER AND LEADERSHIP / The “Nesė Group” strives to provide own employees with conditions that could enhance growth by acquisition of valuable professional experience and contribute to seeking for personal improvement. One of the responsibilities of company’s top management lies in noticing a perspective employee and taking care of his/her career. Since the company is rapidly growing, along with new vacancies a need for new specialists of managerial level appears. The “Nesė Group” begins to look for candidates among its own employees.
MOTIVATION / Annually, the “Nesė Group” chooses and awards 12 best employees of its companies, and presents one of them with a trip to Las Vegas, the entertainment capital of the world. This tradition exists for more than one year and is not the single one. Also, other incentives are applied in order to ensure satisfaction of company’s employees by their job and results of their work.
The “Nesė Group” does care about employees’ opinion concerning their job. Last year, in May, the “Nesė Group” conducted a job satisfaction survey, which showed that strong team, proper management, and good work atmosphere are aspects valued most by employees of the company. According to the survey data, as much as 92% of respondents appreciate the nature of work and are content with own choice of work. More than half of participating personnel (62%) feels that they are valued and sees no reasons to seek a different employment. 80% employees of the company participated in the survey.

COMPANY INFORMATION SYSTEM / The “Nesė Group” has its own publication, namely the “Nesė Žmonės” (“Nesė People”). The magazine is published on a quarterly basis, whereas its coauthors are the employees of the company writing about their colleagues and commenting on corporate topicalities. The company also has an Intranet, whereas “Nesė Group” darbuotojo gidas” (“Nesė Group” Employee Guide”) helps company’s newcomers to adapt to a new work environment. In 2007, the group of companies has accumulated a considerable number of various literary publications, thus an idea was born to establish a library. Its funds are constantly supplemented by new literature; moreover, the number of readers increases: employees of the group of companies quite often stop by the library seeking for rare and valuable books for self-education..
OUR HOLIDAYS AND LEISURE TIME / We are one creative company, always looking for new means of self-expression. Employees of the “Nesė Group” participate in various TV projects: five girls of the “Nesė Pramogų bankas” shined in the “Super 5” program (TV 3), team of basketball fans competed in another program (“Tango TV”), our representatives perfectly showed their worth in TV song competitions. In 2007, the “Nesė Group” organized a photo contest for own employees “Mūsų gyvenimai” (“The Lives we Live”), which revealed the most creative lovers of this art. Moreover, we spend our free-time in a likewise creative manner: New Year carnivals of the “Nesė Group” become true fiestas of the personnel, whereas employees’ children are delighted with a traditionally organized theatrical event “Kalėdų eglutė” (“The Christmas Tree”). The “Nesė Group” team also looks forwards to summer sports holidays, when all of the employees along with their families get together for these festivities. Other integral aspects of such conventions have become soccer, basketball, volleyball competitions, shashlik and beer fiesta along with a special program for children.
